Liam McClintock

Liam McClintock is the founder and CEO of FitMind, a mental fitness technology company that brings its specialized approach to Fortune 500 companies, schools, government organizations, and addiction centers. He also hosts The FitMind Podcast, where he interviews a diverse range of experts on the mind, including neuroscientists, monks, and memory champions.

After earning a B.A. from Yale and working in finance, Liam traveled to Asia to study meditation full-time. He is an RYS Certified Meditation Instructor with training in various traditions, including Indo-Tibetan, Vedic, Theravadan, and MBSR. He is currently further grounding his practice in formal science by completing an M.S. in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London.

Liam’s work has been featured in major outlets such as Forbes, Time, Vice, and Men’s Health. His book, FitMind: The New Science and Ancient Practice of Mental Fitness, was published by Penguin Group in 2024. The book explores the intersection of ancient contemplative practices and modern neuroscience to provide a systematic method for mental training.
