Ari Whitten is a best-selling author and the creator of the Energy Blueprint
system. As an energy and fatigue specialist who has been studying natural health for over 20 years, Ari focuses on taking an evidence-based approach to energy enhancement. He received a Bachelor’s of Science from San Diego State University in Kinesiology, holds two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is currently doing his Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, and recently completed coursework for his PhD in Clinical Psychology, an education which rounds out all aspects—nutrition, fitness, and psychology—of his approach to optimal health. For the last seven years, he has been building out the new science of human energy optimization, and was recently voted the top health influencer of 2020 by the Mindshare wellness community. His book, The Energy Blueprint, is a practical guide to striking down sluggishness and reclaiming lost energy. His next book, Eat for Energy, was published by Hay House in May 2022.
