Ari Whitten is a functional health practitioner and best-selling author who created the Energy Blueprint system. As an energy and fatigue specialist with over 20 years of experience in natural health, he utilizes an evidence-based approach to energy enhancement that integrates nutrition, fitness, and psychology.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and two advanced certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and has finished the doctoral coursework for a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
