Erica Freeman

Author of Never Healing Alone (BenBella Books)

is an expert storyteller, healer, award-winning podcaster, and grief and loss specialist at Sisters in Loss. As a maternal child health education company, Sisters in Loss helps Black women replace silence with storytelling regarding pregnancy loss, infant loss, and infertility.

Following her own journey to motherhood, Erica founded the Sisters in Loss podcast, which has since been featured by BBC News and The New York Times. Due to the rapid growth and popularity of the platform, she is frequently tapped to keynote conferences and speak on industry panels. Her book, Never Healing Alone, is scheduled for release in 2026.
