Lauren LaRusso is a psychotherapist specializing in extramarital affairs. She is committed to helping individuals and couples heal from the inalterable impact of infidelity, focusing on using the experience as a catalyst for compassionate personal change, insight, and growth.
Through her Instagram platform, Lauren provides a voice to the largely unspoken complexities of infidelity, aiming to reduce silence, stigma, and shame.
