Co-Author of Game Changer (HarperCollins Leadership)
Michael Solomon is the co-founder of 10x Management, a premier New York-based talent agency he established alongside Rishon Blumberg. The firm originally gained prominence by representing high-profile musical “rock stars” such as John Mayer and Citizen Cope, but it has since pivoted to manage the elite talent of the technology sector—the “rock stars” of the coding world.
Alongside his partner, Michael has been featured in major publications including The New Yorker, The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Their book, Game Changer: How to Be 10x in the Talent Economy, was published by HarperCollins Leadership in 2020. The work reveals the strategies for becoming a “10xer”—an individual who consistently delivers exponential value—and provides a framework for how professionals in any industry can thrive in the modern talent economy.
