Co-Author of Running Remote (HarperCollins Leadership)
Robert Rawson is a former medical doctor with significant business experience. In 2011, he founded and built Time Doctor, an innovative service helping companies track their time and increase productivity, and then eventually founded the Running Remote Conference, the world’s largest remote work conference. Prior to founding Time Doctor, Rob moved from Australia to the Philippines and built a successful digital advertising agency with a team of over 20 people. His team initially worked all in one office, but Rawson took the leap to get rid of the physical workspace, cut the associated costs, and be able to hire and work remotely from any region. He was thus inspired to build the software now used in Time Doctor to provide transparency and improve productivity in his fully remote team. His book, Running Remote, written with his business partner and co-author Liam Martin, was published in August 2022 with HarperCollins Leadership. Rob currently lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two kids.
