Rob Rawson

Co-Author of Running Remote (HarperCollins Leadership)

Robert Rawson is a former medical doctor with significant business experience. In 2011, he founded and built Time Doctor, an innovative service helping companies track their time and increase productivity, and then eventually founded the Running Remote Conference, which has become the world’s largest remote work conference.

Prior to founding Time Doctor, he moved from Australia to the Philippines and built a successful digital advertising agency with a team of over 20 people. His team initially worked in a single office, but he eventually decided to eliminate the physical workspace to cut costs and gain the ability to hire and work remotely from any region. This transition inspired him to build the software used in Time Doctor to provide transparency and improve productivity within his fully remote team.

His book, Running Remote, written with his business partner and co-author Liam Martin, was published in August 2022 with HarperCollins Leadership. He currently lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two kids.
