These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lucinda Literary website and participation in any programs, services, events, memberships, or content offered by Lucinda Literary (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.

Lucinda Literary provides:

• Educational content
• Coaching, mentoring, and group programs
• Workshops, events, and memberships
• Publishing-related guidance and information

Participation in any program or service does not create an agent-client relationship.
Representation by Lucinda Literary as a literary agency occurs only through a separate, written agency agreement.

All materials provided—including curriculum, recordings, worksheets, templates, written content, and presentations—are the intellectual property of Lucinda Literary.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Share
• Sell
• License
• Record or repurpose content

without express written permission.

Participation in group programs or communities requires respectful and professional behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate conduct, or for violating confidentiality, without refund.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failure to complete payment plans may result in removal from services and collections where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucinda Literary shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation or reliance on our services or content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lucinda Literary provides educational programs, coaching, and publishing-industry guidance as a sister division called The Academy. Participation does not guarantee representation, publication, or any specific outcome.

Nothing on this website or within any program:

• Creates an agent-client relationship
• Guarantees a publishing deal
• Guarantees financial success
• Substitutes for legal or professional advice

Any examples or success stories shared are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

Representation by Lucinda Literary occurs only through a separate, signed agency agreement.

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Programs, Courses, and Memberships

Unless otherwise stated:

• All sales are final
• No refunds are provided once access is granted

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for past payments.

2. Group Programs and Cohorts

Due to the limited-capacity and high-touch nature of these programs:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Payment plans are commitments to the full program fee
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds

If you withdraw early, you remain responsible for any remaining balance.

3. VIP Days, Intensives, and Live Events

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date may be rescheduled once (subject to availability)
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable
• No-shows are forfeited

4. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify program content
• Substitute facilitators
• Adjust scheduling

while maintaining overall program integrity.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates these Terms and may result in removal from current and future services.
