She selectively takes on children’s and gift books/decks in the same areas.

A certified yoga teacher, Kelly is drawn to representing authors who seek to educate and empower those curious about what it means to live in alignment with their values. She is looking for PhDs and journalists who want to share their research with a general audience, as well as established thought leaders and influencers seeking a new medium through which to connect with their existing audiences.

Over the course of 8 virtual live classes, plus an additional Q&A session, with two publishing experts and other attending writers to review the class lesson for each session as well as have a discussion portion to work collaboratively on your questions, challenges, and goals.

After each session, you will receive the replay of the class along with corresponding takeaways, materials, and resources.

It doesn't matter if you have or have not yet written your manuscript or book proposal, or whether you have or have not queried agents. Yes! The Book Publishing Accelerators™ Program has plenty of international participants and we look to find a time zone that works for you. Plus, all sessions are recorded and every registrant receives the replay. Even if you can’t attend the live meeting, you can still be a part of the group and stay on track each week.

Each of our cohorts are open to writers of any genre. Simply select the cohort schedule that best matches to your availability! Here are the current class schedule options:

  • Cohort 1: Tuesdays at 11 AM (ET) - Runs from Sept. 30th - Nov. 18th
  • Cohort 2: Wednesdays at 2 PM (ET) - Runs from Oct. 1st to Nov. 19th

A pair of instructors, one literary agent and one book editor, will be assigned to each cohort. We keep the cohort group & everyone's your book project in mind as we match the pair of instructors to you!

All you need to do is register under the schedule that fits best with your calendar, and we'll ensure you're paired with the right expert teachers.

We understand that you have to miss a class or two! Video replays will be available to you following each session, and you will be able to submit any questions you'd like to get addressed during the session in advance! Plus, we'll help you keep on track by providing weekly assignments and resources from every session. You will have all the tools you need in hand, even if you can't attend a class (or a few classes!) live. If you begin the program and are no longer able to attend the sessions, we will work with you—don't worry!

There are 8 classes per program unit, totaling 90 minutes each session. These classes take place weekly over the course of 8 weeks. Plus, we offer different days and times to accommodate your schedule!

Our Book Publishing Accelerators™ have a number of cohort sessions that are scheduled throughout the season. This means that there are several individual cohorts, each led by a single publishing expert, that take place on a certain day at a weekly occurrence over 8 weeks.

Here is an example schedule of how our cohorts run:

  • One cohort taking place weekly on Tuesdays
  • One cohort taking place weekly on Wednesdays
  • One cohort taking place weekly on Thursdays
