Kiersten Saunders is the co-creator of the award-winning personal finance blog, rich & REGULAR, with her husband Julien. Their story has been featured in the New York Times, Glamour Magazine, Forbes, CBS This Morning, the documentary Playing with FIRE, and more. Kiersten is known for her honest, informative take on how to improve your life through mastering personal finance, and believes that the principles of FIRE can resonate with more diverse audiences. Not shy to share hard-won lessons from her own history with consumerism, credit card debt, and overspending, Kiersten inspires women to use money as a tool to improve their quality of life and afford to speak their truth. A graduate of The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kiersten spent most of her career in the retail and hospitality industries. Julien’s and Kiersten’s book Cashing Out: Win the Wealth Game by Walking Away was published by Penguin Group in June 2022.
